GCC COC, WVTA, EEC, VCA and DOT pathways identified before the unit is sourced, not after it arrives.
Homologation is the step that strands vehicles at the port. An importer books freight against a model that cannot be certified in the destination, and the problem surfaces only when the inspection is booked.
The certification pathway is identified during quoting. We confirm which certificates the destination requires, what the manufacturer can supply and what has to be produced locally before the unit is allocated.
Gulf Cooperation Council conformity requirements identified for UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain destinations.
European whole-vehicle type approval and EEC pathways confirmed against the specific model and build year.
UK VCA and North American DOT routes assessed model by model; where a model has no viable route we say so before you commit.
Certificate of conformity, UN38.3 battery certificate, MSDS, origin certificate and inspection reports assembled as one pack.
Questions
No exporter can guarantee another country's inspection outcome. What we do is identify the pathway before sourcing, supply the document pack the inspection requires, and decline the order where a model has no viable route into your market.
Certificate of conformity where applicable, UN38.3 battery transport certificate, MSDS, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list and the dangerous-goods declaration.
Destination-side inspection is normally carried out by a local agent. We supply the document pack and the photographic record the inspector needs and can coordinate with your agent directly.
